Description
Designed with a smaller body than Gibson’s legendary jumbos, the J-185 was meant to offer players more variety in their body size and shape without sacrificing power, projection, or overall volume. The result is a guitar that is excellent for flatpicking, fingerpicking and…well…everything else. The Gibson J-185 Vintage 2019 is hand-built with flame maple back and sides and a thermally aged sitka spruce top with traditional hand-scalloped X-bracing, as well as a Thin Finish and hand-rubbed VOS detailing.
